San Antonio is killing small businesses, phasing out horse-drawn carriages

The impact of the CCR (Council Consideration Request) sponsored in December 2022, by Jalen Mckee-Rodriguez will devastate hundreds of jobs and lead too the slaughtering of at least a hundred Clydesdale horses. The City Veterinarian said that the horses were in excellent health and were properly taken care of in the Express News newspaper. The CCR that Jalen produced says that the horses are abused, which is untrue.
